Happy National Appreciate Emma Day!

That's right bitches, it's my birthdayyyy (whatwhat!)

I take birthdays very seriously. Maybe it's youngest child syndrome, but I think birthdays rock and they are a day where it can be all about you! (I also love national appreciate nate day, because I have a reason to appreciate him extra).

I saw a few weeks ago Liz Marie shared 25 facts about her for her 25 birthday and that it was really cool to get to know her on a level that had nothing to do with DIY and the house. So I thought maybe I could answer some questions I've received the last few months. If you don't care about National Appreciate Emma day you may take the rest of the week off and we'll see you on Monday. If you do, here's some stuff about me.

Thanks for being a brokie. We'll be back next week!

  8. Happy happy birthday to you! I'm a big fan of birthdays, too. Mostly, just my birthday. But, I'll make an exception for you. ;)

  9. Emma,
Happy birthday (again). I laughed when you said you're good at swearing. For some reason, I am surprised when you let loose! So now, I have to ask where you learned to swear? Was this a high school friends thing?? Cause frankly your folks don't strike me as the examples you learned from. lol (maybe it was my daughter's influence in college??) Just had to ask!! :)

    1. Thanks! I am not sure where I learned to swear. Probably the school bus? It's easier for me to swear than it is for me not to, and I've been doing it so long that sometimes CQ will let one drop just because I say stuff all the time lol
